My name is Trish. I am a professional mental health counselor in the Mechanicsburg area. I provide counseling to individuals, families, and couples in areas such as anxiety, depression, trauma, coping skills, and mood disorders, amongst others. My approach is supportive and mindfulness-based, utilizing several modalities including CBT, mindfulness, expressive arts in therapy, and Interpersonal.

I customize my therapeutic practices to best suit your needs, as I believe in meeting the needs of the client where they are at. As your therapist, I am committed to providing a safe therapeutic environment in which I can support you in meeting your individual goals through a holistic approach.
