What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking licensed mental health professionals in Pennsylvania, including:

• LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Psychologist, or equivalent unrestricted licenses

• Clinicians with private office space for in-person sessions (telehealth welcome in hybrid model)

• Providers who value compassionate, evidence-based care (CBT, DBT, ACT, CPT, etc.)

• 1–3+ years of experience

Bonus: Bilingual providers are especially encouraged to apply.

Position Details

• Type: 1099 Independent Contractor

• Hours: Flexible, 8–35 per week

• Compensation: Up to $95/hour (or $130k–$160k annually, depending on caseload)
